15.01.2022 And the news is! Blackbird Artisan Bakery has been sold! Our last trading day is Saturday 23 February. We are working on a 'Baby Blackbird' in Maitland. A tiny focused workshop that will allow us to continue baking our beautiful Sour Dough with a small frontage and front counter. We will post as our news is confirmed. We are also working on a tiny Newcastle pop up every Thursday Friday Saturday! This is our last flour delivery to these premises.We hope to share Easter Goodness with you in our new premises and we look forward to a bright future! Thank you for everyone of us! We have loved our Bread Tribe!
