22.01.2022 D A D D Y - whipped this up before 8:00am w/ C as my sous chef. Scrambled eggs, Sprout Toast, Sugo, Avo, Bacon, Feta & Basil. A very spring like dish to spoil Daz. At the end C said, Did I do good Mumma? I said, Of course, you can help me in our next cafe if you like?! She just squealed with delight!
