24.01.2022 In 1982 a small bookshop was set up in the front room at Tranby National Indigenous Adult Education & Training RTO 90492 Cooperative for Aborigines in Glebe, Sydney the first home for BLACKBOOKS. This logo was developed to represent the strength and importance of Aboriginal voices as written works. BLACKBOOKS went into abeyance in the mid-1990s and is planning a 2021 re-launch as www.BLACKBOOKS.online an on-line social enterprise with profits going into Aboriginal communi...ty controlled education and community development programs while building a national resource to support and drive the truth telling that is so important now and for the future of Australia and all Australians.
