Thanks to ...the mentors, the musicians and engineers who gave it their all. Mostly though, thanks to these incredible young songwriters who came to this project with open minds and a work ethic to die for. Honestly one of the best things I have ever been involved with. 09.01.2022 4ZZZ's Album of The Week WE ALL WANT TO - 'On The Dots' Alt-rockers We All Want To might be most readily known for featuring Tim Steward, one of the vocalist...s and songwriters from legendary Brisbane outfit Screamfeeder. But the entire band play critical roles here, and the fact that Skye Staniford contributes vocals and songs of her own is part of what gives this album such a good sense of variety, as well as the addition of new members Scott Mercer and Arron Bool. On The Dots is their fourth album, and with four years since their last, we reckon it’s their best yet - at least in regards to diversity and range of style and sound, with inspiration drawn from loss & isolation of NSW's south coast, as well as distinctly English-tinged introspection stemming from Steward's time spent there as recipient of the Grant McLennan Fellowship.

09.01.2022 The Rockabilly Revival Returns to Redlands! The Redlands Rockabilly Revival is returning for it's second installation on Sunday March 12, 2017 at Cleveland Show...grounds. Following the success of the inaugural Rockabilly Revival in March last year, show organisers Robot Productions are pleased to announce it's return to the bayside. The event is proudly sponsored by the Redland City Council. Bands performing on the day will be: * A Band Called Twang * The Hi-Boys * Lovejoy Surf * Little Billy * The Haymakers * DJ Leapin Lawrie The huge, shady concert space will be the place to hang out with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a tip of the top selection of Australian bands, alongside a scrumptious line up of gourmet food vans. 08.01.2022 I am so excited to have released the first track off my album with you all today. I feel so grateful to be surrounded by such inspirational and talented friend...s, I'd like to give special thanks to Alex Henriksson, DJ, Jeff Lovejoy, Enzo Russo, Deb Suckling and Craig Spann for being absolute legends and always having the time, always supporting every decision and path I choose to go down. I'd also like to individually thank Mark Gleason for joining forces with me and letting me use his painting "Absurde" as the face of Here It Comes. Thank you :) Here It Comes is very special to me. When we play it I go through a series of images in my mind, a story... Someone who has spent their whole life pushing themselves to keep moving forward, working as hard as they could, every single day pushing themselves to their limit, trying to become the best person they could be. Of course everyones routines are different however after a while this individuals routine becomes hauntingly repetitive... Then the chorus comes in and for a moment the person snaps back into reality! Remembering what it feels like to actually FEEL alive. By the end of the song the repetition has been drilled into the individual so much that the only way to get out (out of this sleep walk, this dream state you have suddenly recognised yourself in) is to scream, to pull the trigger and let go of everything. 05.01.2022 Hi friends I am Very happy to inform you all that the POLICE HAVE FOUND MY CAR!!!! ( I literally burst into tears and jumped for Joy when i got the call ) It ...was found abandoned on MAYES avenue in Woodridge with a blown out tyre and a busted headlight and some bumps and scrapes to the bodywork ! It is still unknown what damaged has been done to the motor at this stage ! But there is bound to be some as they have thrashed it Dragging and Drifting ! It will still be a week or two before it is returned to me as it has to go thru Police forensics and insurance assessments and repairs etc ! Thank You All So Much for your Support and for Shareing This Post ! Hi Friends My Beloved CAR WAS STOLEN from my backyard in Moorooka Brisbane on Sat 28th oct while i was working at Valley Fiesta ! I had just paid $2360 to repair the Turbo the day before so i am extremely upset ! Many of you that know me will recognize this car so please keep an eye out for it on your travels . Silver Nissan 180sx rego 035 HJO (picture of mum driving it a few years ago) I have provided cctv footage to the Police of the car being stolen at 5;51pm but still no luck !
