22.01.2022 Just a quick correction to the Full Timetable which is currently running. Friday Night Kata Training for Young Warrior Purple and above is 5.45-6.30pm (NOT 5.00-5.45pm). Sorry for any inconvenience.

20.01.2022 Hi everyone Great news this morning with a further easing of restrictions. We can now increase class sizes so we will be reverting back to our old timetable. There have been a few changes to some of the belt groups in each class. This is to manage numbers and to make teaching easier. Friday night kata has returned as well as Saturday classes. This will hopefully give you all plenty of options if you can't make one of the midweek sessions. We will keep reception closed f...or the moment. This will mean we still have the extra area if required and will make contact tracing much easier. If you wish to watch a class, the roller door will be up, but please stay outside and maintain physical distance. The toilets and change rooms will be open. Bring your sparring gear so we can ease back into kumite.

16.01.2022 The full timetable resumes this Wednesday 27th of January.

13.01.2022 Hi everyone I hope you are all excited for our return to the dojo this Monday the 9th of November. I have included the timetable we will be running for the next couple of weeks after which restrictions should ease further. We are still waiting on confirmation this Sunday, as well as some further information but it is looking good. Class size is limited to 20 kids or 10 adults per area. I have organised the timetable with these numbers in mind so you will not have to book ...in, just turn up for your class. I have also converted reception into a second training area if needed. We will start with 2 classes per week for each group and I would love you all to attend both. As restrictions ease further and class size increases, we will reintroduce our Friday and Saturday classes. Parents will drop children off and not be permitted to stay in reception. Students will be asked to sanitise their hands and we will maintain 1.5 meters physical distancing as no partner work is permitted at the present time. I'm sure this will change over the next couple of weeks. Every student will be checked off the class list for the purpose of contact tracing. The change rooms will be closed but the toilets will remain open. Parents please pick up your children immediately after class. I will update if any of this information changes. We will continue to follow government advice so please rest assured students, instructors and the wider communities safety is of prime importance. I look forward to seeing you next week.

12.01.2022 Just a further note to my timetable post. The morning fitness class will return Monday the 1st of February (no class tomorrow).

02.01.2022 What a fantastic first week back in the dojo! It was absolutely awesome seeing you all again and huge thank you to everyone for following the rules. It looked a bit different with physical distancing but the purchase of free standing punch bags and pool noodle blocking drills are just some of the ways we have adapted. Looking forward to self defence and sparring very soon. Thank you to everyone for your continued support. See you all next week!

01.01.2022 Please remember no online classes tomorrow due to the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday. Enjoy the day off and we will see you Wednesday or Thursday.
