10.01.2022 With the temperature dropping in Perth at the moment we are getting a lot of calls for hot water systems that are underperforming or in need of a service. We are also hearing of a lot of companies telling customers that the unit must be replaced and can’t be repaired. There’s 2 reasons for this- 1- there’s obviously more profit involved for a company to replace a unit rather than repair. 2- The plumber doesn’t hold a gas servicing license and therefore can’t legally repair ...a unit and can only install new appliances. Before a plumber or gasfitter arrives to your property ask them if they hold a servicing license it may save you $$$$ See more
