23.01.2022 Welcome back to on-site learning! Mr C's favourite word today is how everyone is feeling - excited!

23.01.2022 This week our Grade 6 students have experienced their on-site camp. Due to restrictions and the cancellation of their normal school camp, the Grade 6 teachers and helpers wanted to ensure all students still had a special time together before they head off to high school next year. The three days of events included many rotational activities and games, special meals and fun events such as a movie night, colour run, and BPS Talent Show. We have included just a snippet of the festivities in a short video. A big thank you to Miss Ellis and all the Grade 6 teachers and helpers to make the days a huge success!

23.01.2022 Welcome back for Term 4! We hope your holidays were used to rest and recharge as we prepare for a busy term back on-site. Stay tuned for information via Compass about how our return to the school grounds looks next week and beyond. ... We can’t wait to see you all!

13.01.2022 THE WEEKLY WRAP UP It’s been a busy week for our Grade 1/2 students. - In Maths they have been creating survey questions to ask their class. They have tallied and graphed their results and wrote statements about the data and the class. - In Writing, students have been writing persuasive texts. They have been focusing on including voice in their writing and even some rhetorical questions! Today the students have been publishing this writing for their Writer’s Gifts. ... - In the Patch they were watering the gardening and learning about capacity at the same time! - Grade 2 students listened to the band during their lunch eating time. It was great to hear the band playing to an audience again! Today, Grade 5 students had their on-site camp experience. Although camp was different due to restrictions and being unable to travel, they were able to have a bungy run, sports rotations, build straw towers, a fish and chip lunch and finally a colour run! A big shout out to the Grade 5 teachers and helpers for putting together a special day for our happy ‘campers’.
