24.01.2022 Congratulations to our dearest and youngest at heart ex tai chi student Dora. She celebrates her birthday today with her family and friends. John and I were honoured to be invited among them. Dora still has the fond memory of practising the art and with fellow students there in the class. She still demonstrates her tai chi blushes n pushes in her chair to us today. Her emphasis on balance in tai chi gave her the confidence in walking and steps. She came to class when she was over 80 years old. Had to stop coming after she had a car accident at 90 and then not able to come. Dora taught maths in school and is a PhD in Math, produced 3 maths books for curriculum. Thanks Dora for your wisdom, experiences and generosity to help the next generations. Wish you more years of health, happiness with love around you always.

20.01.2022 A happy spiritful group of tai chi friends gathered again for the beginning of this year's program. Welcome to all, especially to the one who has returned after 10+ years. He did well in the group tai chi form. Cheers. It is still time to come and join us, learn, train and practise this ancient art for general and holistic well being. All welcome, any age group.

18.01.2022 Congratulations to Karen Clarke for earning her Nei Kung certificate having attained the highest level of training in Tai Chi.

17.01.2022 Congratulations to Thomas Lee and Teresa Lee, both attained their well deserved loyalty 10 years award on Monday 24/2. Both attended our Blackburn Tai Chi Academy for the ten years, practising the square form and round form of the art, plus push hand technique and weapon skills. Congratulations in particularly also to our Senior in brotherhood Dr Danny Chan. He has received his 20 years loyalty award. Danny is very keen in practising this art, fluent with the forms and weapons. He has attained the Nei Gung (internal energy) to qualify into the brotherhood of Wu style Tai Chi Chuan. Congratulations again to the three. All the best for more years to come .

04.01.2022 Happy Birthday to Sifu John today ! For those of you enjoying nature right now and looking forward to seeing new scenery soon, here’s a landscape Sifu has painted during lockdown. Best wishes everyone and stay safe !

03.01.2022 Sifu John wanted to share these paintings he has done over the last few months, inspired by Tai Chi techniques. Think of it as another way of meditating on Tai Chi practice! It also sheds light on the poetic and nature of the names of these techniques.
