05.01.2022 2019 PET NAT Organically farmed Viognier, hand harvested and pressed to stainless tank. Then banged in a bottled to capture the FIZZ and FUN! This is lemonade & lime, dangerously slurpable!
03.01.2022 SKINZEE BOI Organically farmed and hand harvested Viognier from Margaret River and Verdejo from Ferguson Valley. Crushed & destemmed to egg fermenter with 10% whole bunch Viognier and aged on skinz for 4 months Super aromatic with manderin peel, orange oil, lavender & ginger. Textural, sexual and a little bit tannic, ya boi Skinzee will quench your thirst ... No fining. No filtering. No sulphur.

02.01.2022 Nearly 100% of the fruit we buy each year is farmed organically. Farming organically is sometimes easier said than done, especially on a large scale. That's why its super impressive to see what @leehaselgrove at @swinneywines has achieved in Frankland River, where we buy Shiraz & Tempranillo. Soil health forms such an important building block for vine health and ultimately fruit quality. ... Cheers to that!
