24.01.2022 MY most sincere apologies to all of our followers for the lack of response from this page. A couple of months ago this "page" was hacked and used to spam some poor people in the united state to buy a caravan(?) that I am fairly sure was a link to some spam or similar. when the hackers where on the page they had fiddled around with all of the settings especially relating to notifications (I'm assuming so they could have the spam running longer without me seeing it). As notifi...cations settings are something i generally check on a regular basis the fact they where turned off was unknown to me until i check them today. If I missed your message, review or interaction, this was why. I have now changed this back so i will be able to interact and respond ALOT quicker and easier. 04.01.2022 How did we go? In another (earlier) life I spent a significant amount of time as a first responder specifically in the fire service. We had a saying around the... station, "The day you stop learning, is the day to hang up your boots" Even though I no am not longer an active firefighter I consider this to be a very important life lesson. Obviously when you start an new endeavour, you're not very good at it but feedback is a massive part of improving, negative and positive. That's why after any booking we want to know how you thought it went, if there was any thing you thought we could improve on or do better. So after any of our bookings we give you the ability to confidentially let us know how our driver went or areas they could work on. Help us, Help you better!
