We just finished a training session with one of our hotel clients on how to use the portal to their specific needs. They loved: ... - Being able to make, review and confirm bookings without having to wait for a reply email or a phone call. - Being able to attach their own cost centre/customer reference. -The audit trail for their bookers. - How Easy and Intuitive the system was. Training can be over the phone or in person and takes about 20-30 minutes.
