13.01.2022 To Our Fantastic Customers Following recent Government announcements and the increase of confirmed COVID-19 cases both Nationally and in Queensland, we have made the decision that from 12 noon Monday 23rd March 2020, we are temporarily switching to appointments for pick up and drop off. We are also extending the hours which you can pick up and drop off and as needs arise. We ask customers to indicate by either the order online, calling ahead to 3036 0997 or sms / calling Jaso...n on 0414 717 817, what time they wish to attend or if they are unable to attend because of circumstance so we can sort out alternate transport of the equipment as best we can. If you have equipment on rent and find yourself in quarantine or self-isolation we will endeavor to organise the contactless collection and we are waiving overdue / extension fees for the next 72 hours in these circumstances. We are practicing social distancing in-store and have reduced our staffing to 1 person in the shop at any one time and we request our customers to limit to only 1 person attending our shop per order for pick up and drop off. We will be serving 1 customer at a time in-store so please wait outside on the chairs provided if another customer is inside the store upon your arrival. We will be continuing to trade, however, we all know updates are changing daily and we will update you of any further changes.
