24.01.2022 Black Dove Old Fashioned 30ml Black Dove Cherry Vodka 30ml Bourbon Whisky 1 sugar cube... Dash of Angostura Bitters (cherry or orange if available) Orange and Cherries to garnish Place 1 sugar cube in the bottom of an old fashioned glass and add 2-3 dashes of bitters over the sugar cube. Pour 15ml of Black Dove and 15ml Bourbon into the glass. Crush sugar cubes with muddler or bar spoon until broken. Fill the cup half way with large ice cubes. Stir the cocktail 6-8 times. Add a bit more ice and plus the remaining 15ml Black Dove and 15ml Bourbon Whisky to the glass. Stir another 6-8 times or until cocktail is chilled and sugar looks dissolved. Garnish with orange peel and fresh cherries.

The first is 'Flight of the Concords' - which we think is aptly named considering the founders homeland... - 30ml Black Dove Cherry Vodka - 20ml Strawberry & Rose Syrup - 15ml Noiley Prat... - 30ml Fresh Lemon - Dash Orange Bitters - Dash Egg White - Rose Water Mist Glass: Coupe Garnish: Edible Flower & Decorative Orange Twist Method: Add all ingredients into shaker. Add ice. Shake hard. Double strain into Coupe & Garnish
