Do not ...have multiple new years goals (statistically over 80% of all goals fails, and 95% of new year resolutions fail). - However if you make something your mission you are very likely to achieve it. 07.01.2022 CONTACT TRAINING IS BACK FRIDAY the 3rd of JULY The Qld Premier announced today that we will be at Stage 3 lifting of Restrictions as of the 3rd of July. This ...means we can make contact again in training and everything will be getting back to normal with spectators allowed back inside as well. All classes and styles will be run as they were prior to restrictions, with contact. Please check with your Club Instructor about what will be happening: Beaudesert - All classes as normal 3rd of July Jimboomba - All classes as normal 3rd of July Nerang - All classes restart as normal 14th of July Other BDK Locations - contact your Instructor Venue and Student Hygiene/Sanitation requirements will remain in place, with regular decontamination of training area and equipment being maintained. EVENT CALENDAR: 08/7/20 Merit Badge Bootcamp for Kids - Black Dragon Kai Merit Badge Boot Camp is a fun holiday activity. Boot Camp is a great way to meet new friends from other clubs or to catch up with friends over the holidays. Activities will include Merit Badges, Games & Leadership Training. Students must be in Grade 1 or higher to attend. so please book early to ensure your place. See your Instructor for more details. 07.01.2022 Hey guys and gals, I thought I'd take you outside to my backyard pretty much and do a bit of quick fitness. The different style of push ups and sit ups in our Martial Arts classes. I'm all for you all to try this increase, decrease, change the exercise I'm keen to hear all about it let me know in the comments below
