23.01.2022 Things are warming up! but its time to cool down and with a Blueberry Lemon Vodka Spritz! keeping thinks fresh and light you'll love this sweet yet refreshing cocktail to sip on by the pool! Blueberry Lemon Vodka Spritz cup blueberries 2 slices of lemon, de-seeded (plus more for garnish)... 15ml sugar syrup 60ml vodka 120ml sparkling lemon water Sprig of rosemary, for garnish (optional - mint or basil would be good too!) In a glass, muddle the blueberries, lemons, and simple syrup until the lemons release their oils and about half of the blueberries are smashed. Stir in the vodka. Fill the glass with ice, and top with the sparkling lemon water. Garnish with lemons and a sprig of rosemary. Tip: I like to twist the rosemary a bit to release their oils. Enjoy!

GRAPEFRUIT & POMEGRANATE SOUR Ingredients: For the cocktail:... 45ml vodka 30ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 15ml honey pomegranate syrup* For the honey pomegranate syrup: cup hot water cup honey cup pomegranate juice Instructions: 1. To make the syrup, add the water and honey to a mason jar and stir until honey dissolves. Add pomegranate juice and stir to combine. 2. Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a double rocks glass filled with with a grapefruit slice and pebble ice (or you can crack regular ice cubes into smaller chunks for the same effect). Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Breakfast martini... Ingredients 45mL Gin 15mL Cointreau (or Triple Sec) 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice Teaspoon of Marmalade Instructions 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice 2. Add all the ingredients 3. Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled martini glass 4. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Bit of sweet tooth? Try changing up your measures to 30mL of Gin and 30mL of Cointreau.

Mango daiquiri Ingredients 45mL White Rum... 25mL Lime Juice 15mL Sugar Syrup Mango (preferably fresh) Instructions 1. Add a small scoop of ice to the blender 2. Add remaining ingredients 3. Blend for approximately 30 seconds 4. Pour into a cocktail glass Notes Don't have a blender? that's okay alternatively, muddle fresh mango (or use mango puree) and aggressively shake the ingredients before straining into a cocktail glass.
