25.01.2022 HOURS UPDATE! Due to the fabulous help from the staff next door at the climbing gym, I have been able to extend my hours beyond the email I sent yesterday to members. Please note the longer afternoon timeframe. I have printed the hours out, so when you are in the gym next, grab a flyer off the counter or front door to put on the fridge! Thanks for your ongoing support and patience while we try to make this work. Amanda

22.01.2022 Short Circuit Saturday with Myra! Every fortnight, next class 18th July 4pm & 4.30pm - do one or both! These classes are great for that extra fitness boost you are looking for. You will get a full body workout, using different methods and equipment to target each muscle group. Together with explanations and demonstrations, you will be better equipped to complete your own workouts with confidence. See you at the gym at 4pm Saturday. Or email me on [email protected]

19.01.2022 As of 24th October, small gyms no longer need a Covid Marshal to be open! That means for all members, we go back to having 24/7 access.. no more limited hours! Please be mindful though that we are still keeping to our strict cleaning routine to continue keeping the space safe for all. There is also a limit of 15 people at any one time in the gym. This so far hasn't been a problem, so let's keep being a fabulous community and keep on keeping on.

15.01.2022 QIGONG - Virginia is offering a 6 week course starting 20th August. The course will focus on supporting the immune system, as well as acknowledging the transition from Winter to Spring. Places are limited, so contact Virginia to book your spot. [email protected]

14.01.2022 Classes are still running! Just to clarify that all classes remain running as usual, even if they fall into a time that the gym is closed. During classes, the teacher is the hygiene manager and responsible for class attendees hand and equipment hygiene and social distancing. Apologies for the confusion. 12.01.2022 Spring!! Time to stretch out the sides of our body and particularly those tight inner legs. In Chinese medicine we work with the balance of our Liver and Gall Bladder meridians.. both play a role in our plans and decision making, as well as a role in detoxification. Two areas worth considering as we step into Spring for a time of growth, moving forward, shaking off hibernation and cleansing our bodies for the warmer months.
