18.01.2022 An update on our opening hours and operation over the coming weeks. We will be closed Wed/Thurs this week as we reset for the long weekend coming up. We will be open again Friday 5/6 at 4pm and we can now have 50 people at any one time until further notice. We can only take bookings of up to 10 people, anything over this is not allowed under current restrictions. Table service is now in place until we are allowed to resume our normal operation. Social distancing measures a...re in place as is best practice for hygiene and sanitising each table and settings. 11.01.2022 A great article reflecting on the changes in our industry during and post COVID 19 and some of the dos and donts you should be aware of while dining out anywhere during the current health crisis. As a business we have just been through one of the toughest 6 months a business could face. From bushfires to extreme weather events to COVID 19, and it is not over yet. We are still in survival mode and have done our very best to constantly adapt and turn the business around, us...ually with only a few days to do so. We find ourselves in a very different landscape than we did 6 months ago. Consumer trends have changed and so have the services businesses are offering. We want to take a minute to thank all of our customers who have supported us: without you we wouldnt be here and we are very grateful. And we ask that you continue to understand that services offered and menus will be limited until we are beyond the restrictions, whenever that may be. Many factors are influencing what we can and cant do at this point in time; social distancing, lack of revenue due to decreased numbers, massive supply chain and delivery issues and increased costs from suppliers. We are making this change to streamline our operation and to minimise the effects of people not showing up for bookings or with less people than were booked for, which happens frequently. This is quick and easy, you will receive an email confirmation and if you wish, a text reminder of your booking. A few things to note when booking with us through open table. - A valid credit/debit card is required to make a booking. You will NOT be charged any amount at the time of booking. - There is no charge for cancelling a booking. For more than 48 hours notice you can simply cancel the booking through the email notification you received at the time of booking. Less than 48 hours you will need to contact the venue directly on 0247875787 and we will cancel your booking for you. - There will be a $25 charge per person for no shows or for any number of people below the number that was was booked for. - There will be a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please contact us and let us know.
