An iconic dish from Piemonte, Agnolotti del plin gets its name from the regional dialect for pinch, which describes the way you make the pasta. 11.01.2022 Recently we made public the recipe for our famous Blackhide meatballs. That's right, you can try to make them for yourself at home! All you'll need is: 150gm onions diced... 10gms anchovies 1 gm chilli flakes 1 egg 80 gm bread crumbs soaked in 120mls milk 700gm beef mince 300gm pork mince 80gm Parmesan Cheese 20gm chopped parsley Napoli sauce 1ltr Passata 20gm basil Sugar and salt to season + extra basil and grated parmesan to serve Then: Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. Sautee onions, add chilli and chopped anchovy and allow to cool. Soak bread in milk for 1min then add to all other ingredients. Mix with your hands thoroughly for 5 mins. Roll into 50gm balls and place on greased oven tray. Bake for 8mins. Add to sauce and cook for a further 2 mins. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan and picked basil - then you're done! Or...
