12.01.2022 For 2019 we have taken on one of your suggestions and have replaced single-use plastic cups with bio cups for drink stations. Bio cups are made from plant-based materials and break down to compost in a short amount of time, with only a slight increase in cost.

07.01.2022 Cooking snags at Glynde Mitre 10 today

06.01.2022 Immediately after the Black Hill Challenge we indicated that we raised about $4000 from the day. On Tuesday last week we had a Lions Club meeting, the most rece...nt after the Black Hill Challenge. It was reported to the club that the net surplus raised was $5300! Fantastic effort - a great effort from all involved. Therefore on behalf of the Lions Club of Rostrevor and 4WD Adventurer's Club I am pleased to report that we will be donating $4500 to the Royal Flying Doctor Service and $800 to the Campbelltown Chapter of St John Ambulance SA. I'd like to acknowledge our sponsors, Campbelltown City Council, Athlete's Foot Modbury, Tony & Mark's Newton, Stephen Trutwin Podiatry and John Gardner MP. I'd also like to give special thanks to all our volunteers, our runners, and members from both Lions Club of Rostrevor and 4WD Adventurer's Club of SA, plus a big special thanks to Trail Running SA for their help this year in supporting our event. We look forward to seeing you in 2019!
