25.01.2022 After much consideration, I have decided in the interest of myself and all valued clients that it is the safest option to stop seeing clients at Black Lash until further notice. Its extremely important during this difficult time to follow government recommendations to combat the spread of Corona Virus. Our health is first and foremost. We will all work through this together and I look forward to seeing you back in the salon again soon. Sal

25.01.2022 What a huge year! I want to say a massive Thankyou to all of our beautiful clients for all of your support during 2019! Due to my hand injury, the salon on Raymond Street is now closed, but I am slowly easing my way back into it, and will seeing some clients from Jan 6th at the existing Salon on Cobains Rd! Lastly, I want to say the biggest Thankyou to these gorgeous girls - Bek, Merrin, Jess & Clare - you have all worked so hard and done an amazing job keeping our cli...ents happy - especially while I have been out of action for the past few months! Hope everyone had a great Chrissy, and are now enjoying some sunshine with family & friends Sal. x

23.01.2022 I am so excited to have tested my hand doing my first set of lashes since my accident 3 months ago! I will be easing my way back into Lashing over the next few weeks as my hand continues to heal, and will be working from the existing salon on Cobains Rd, Sale . 21.01.2022 Attention! As you are aware, the Australian Department of Health has provided advice regarding coming into contact with people who have travelled overseas especially high risk areas such as China, Iran, Italy and South Korea. I will be asking all of my clients to wash hands with soap and warm water on arrival. ... If you have any signs of colds etc, please have the respect to stay away and reschedule your appointment. I would rather a last minute cancellation than to risk my family getting sick. If you have been travelling through airports please ensure that there is a 14 day self - isolation period as instructed by the Department of Health and Human Services before coming for a service. Im so proud of these gorgeous girls - and so lucky to be surrounded by their amazing talent! 17.01.2022 We have the go ahead to re-open June 1st!! I will be in contact with clients who have had to cancel their appointment during the closure, before I open appointments to new clients . ... If you wish to be placed on a waiting list, send me a message, and Ill be in touch as soon as appointments become available Just a few points to remember going forward... Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you are even the slightest bit sick, or have been around anyone that has. Anybody visibly ill will be turned away on the spot, and still charged for the appointment. Please do not bringing anyone with you to your appointment. Please Sanitise your hands on arrival to the salon. High hygiene standards have always been a priority at Black Lash, and will of course continue to be, with additional time scheduled between clients for thorough cleaning - so appointment times may vary slightly than the way they were pre-closure. 12.01.2022 I have been getting a lot of messages asking how you can remove your lash extensions safely at home while in isolation. Although there are a lot of theories that involve steam, oil based products etc... my best advice is to let them grow out naturally. In normal times, I would never recommend a DIY removal, as it can be a long, tedious, and often unsuccessful process. ... To avoid any natural lash damage, the best thing you can do is LET YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS GROW OUT NATURALLY!! Keep brushing your lashes every day as normal with your wand, and they will eventually shed when natural lash sheds. Whatever you do, DO NOT PICK, PULL OR PLAY WITH YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS, as you could risk damaging your natural lash follicle or snap your natural lashes. I hope youre all staying safe, and I look forward to getting back into the salon to see you all one day again soon! Sal. x

08.01.2022 After much consideration, due to the uncertainty of time for full recovery of my hand injury, I will not be renewing the lease on the salon in Raymond Street. We will be closing after Christmas (last day being 24th Dec). When able, I will be working from the existing salon on Cobains Road, and can also recommend some other amazing lash stylists in the area for you! Everyone who booked with me this week has been contacted to let them know I needed to cancel their appointments. I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. ...
