SPREAD / DIP > 1 tbsp Bust Tomato Salssa in 3 tbsps of butter Spread on French sticks and toast. Great, on its own with pre-dinner dinks , in a Caesar salad or with pasta dishes. BBQ STYLE BASTING Skewer 500g kangaroo/chicken/beef/lamb . Combine 1 tbsp Bush Tomato Salsa with 1 tbsp oil, mix well and brush onto skewered meat. Cook on Hot BBQ plate 2 min each side. Keep basting the skewers.
