04.01.2022 Terrorism is being financed by criminal behavior and the failure by the international community to deal with the holes created by emergent crypto-currencies. Crypto-currency is the new frontier for governance experts and AMLD4 is a badly needed initiative. Our own government needs to come to grips with the paradigm, as the Commonwealth Bank's failures with old financing rules augurs badly for dealing with the new finance rules to deal with crypto-currencies. If we are going to defeat the rise of ISIS and others in our own region we need to move quickly on this front.
