25.01.2022 New new new! Milestone boards are nothing new to me. When I first started Black Orchid Designs, I offered party printables and a lot of requests were birthday milestone boards. So I was so excited when an original client came back to have one made for her second bubbas first birthday, she wanted something that matched her little girls room so that they could display it afterwards. - dark timber with wisteria.... This birthday board is just under A3 size on 7mm thick dark walnut timber, all text is engraved and the wisteria flowers are printed on to the timber. We currently only have this design up on our website and it is available in a few sizes and timber colours. I just haven't had the time to upload all my other designs that I have done in the past. But if you are after something in particular, you can place your order for this one and leave a note in the comments section at checkout if you are after a particular theme. 08.01.2022 How many of you have had babies born in covid? I found I lost myself a bit when I first became a mum and that was 3 years ago when we were allowed out and allowed to have mothers groups. I really hope that those that have become new mums or second, third, fourth etc have been able to find a way to make sure they are looking after themselves and doing something for themselves each day, whether it be painting your nails, going for a walk by yourself or a long shower. Ou...r littlest one was 3 weeks old when we went into lockdown, she is now 7 months old and has hardly met any family members, it is definitely hard and I feel so much for those especially in Melbourne who have been in lockdown for most of this year.
