11.01.2022 Dip powder (SNS) and acrylics should be refilled every 2-4 weeks depending on each individuals nail growth rate. Gel polish should be redone every 2-3 weeks. Leaving your nails to grow for too long before a refill/new set can add pressure on the natural nail leading to cracks in the stress area of the apex. It can also lead to lifting which can end up ripping off.
