21.01.2022 Did you know that there is a Black Rock Bowling & Tennis Club in Dublin? Several years ago a group of members from both clubs visited each other in an almost ‘reciprocal’ arrangement! If you’re a member and next in Dublin (whenever that will be), have our BOM contact their committee to see if something can be arranged if you’re in the mood for a hit or bowl.....and of course a drink or two! http://blackrockbtc.ie

05.01.2022 Given the centre for the spread of the latest new infections in Victoria is a restaurant in Black Rock, the Club has decided not to open tonight for New Years drinks. Apologies to everyone who had planned to join us tonight but if just one person who is a contact of the people at the Black Rock restaurant on the 21st December (or a contact of a contact) attends tonight then everyone who attended would have to go into 2 weeks quarantine, irrespective of the results of early t...esting for Covid. The main clubhouse & bar will remain closed until Sunday when we will have further information and put out a further update re bar opening hours. However there is no need for this to restrict sport. All sport can continue as usual ensuring you book courts on the booking system if playing tennis (to help us with any tracing issues if required) and for everyone to fill in the paperwork re your attendance, and use sanitiser before and after sport. Please spread the word that the Club tonight is closed in case others miss this announcement.
