25.01.2022 Support | Local Business During these testing times we are lucky enough in the construction industry to be still able to work, for how long no one knows. There are plenty of people doing it tough, either not allowed to work, or being told to reduce their service and therefore limiting their ability to make an income. 12.01.2022 Environment Part 1 | Landfill Reduction This may look like another load of rubbish to most, but if you look closer youll see its a trailer full of mixed metals, headed for the scrap yard. It would be very easy to do what a lot of others do, and load bins and trucks full of mixed waste to go straight to landfill. However the easy way isnt necessarily the best way. Take for example our Beaumaris extension, we have almost demolished an entire house, however only 2 trailer l...oads have gone to landfill. So far weve taken 10m3 of concrete to be recycled, the metal pictured has gone to the scrap metal yard, and over 30m3 of hardwood to furniture makers, with off cuts going to neighbours as firewood.
