19.01.2022 Everyone remembers the iconic duos in history- Laurel and Hardy, Batman and Robin, Bert and Ernie, Bonnie and Clyde, Sonny and Cher and Thelma and Louise. Today, I find myself writing to you all to let you know that another iconic duo are parting ways. Due to personal commitments, Renee has resigned from Blacksheep Services. Her last day will be Friday 21st August 2020. Renee and I started Blacksheep Services in May 2019.... In the past 15 months, the Blacksheep flock and pasture area has grown faster and further than we could have ever imagined. We currently employ 40 staff and provide services in The Southern Highlands, The Southern Tablelands, The Shoalhaven, The Eurobodalla and Bega Shires and The Riverina. It has been an exciting 15 months watching the expansion and success of our business and are in awe of the faith and trust that clients and staff place in our business and allow us to prove that we are different. I would like to thank Renee for being an amazing Business partner and more importantly, a fabulous and understanding friend. Without the madness that goes on behind the scenes, Blacksheep would never have been possible and would not have made it this far. I would like to wish Renee all the best with her future endeavours and thank her for her tireless efforts for the past 18 months. Moving forward, Blacksheep Services will continue to operate as usual. Small changes will be made to operational staffing roles and their duties, but all clients and staff will be notified of these changes and the effects that they will have. Mark Sullivan, the Blacksheep Minister of Finances, will be taking on a Director’s role within the business whilst continuing as the Minister of Finances. We look forward to what the future holds for Blacksheep and hope that you will all be there to enjoy the journey with us. Thanks Sheree

10.01.2022 Blacksheep Care Services- Riverina are looking for staff for positions right across the Riverina area. Blacksheep Care Services is locally owned and managed business that provides care for NDIS participants and private clients. We have been trading out of the area for almost 12 months, but now we are bringing the love home. We officially start servicing clients in the whole of the Riverina on the 27th of April. Do you consider yourself a Blacksheep?... Would you like to provide care that is different? If you answered yes to these two questions, then you could be the newest Blacksheep. If you have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Independent Support, Disability or Aged (or working towards) and want to stray from the flock of service providers, send us your resume. You need to have- A car licence, A car and Comprehensive Insurance, First aid certificate, Working with children check, Police check ( no older than 90 days) and A compassionate, empathetic nature. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for blacksheep to work on a casual ongoing basis within the Riverina with a chance of permanent work in the future. 10.01.2022 Sheree here. Something very exciting happened over the weekend. Renee & I celebrated a very important anniversary. 12 months ago, when we were just lambs, starting out, we were almost taken to the abattoir. We were told that there we paddocks that forbidden for 12 months. On Sunday, that 12 months expired. We are very excited to tell everyone that we can now move in to paddocks all over the place. We have 2 new Facebook pages because our flock just keeps growing.... Blacksheep Services- Southern Highlands continues, but now welcomes Blacksheep Services- Shoalhaven and Blacksheep Services- Riverina. I ask you all to celebrate with us and share the sheep out of these pages. We are servicing areas from Stanwell Tops to Eden on the coast, Wollondilly to Goulburn and the whole of the Riverina. Thank you to all of our amazing clients and staff. But the biggest thank you to my business partner and friend, Renee Joy. We could have quit before we started but we didnt and here we are smashing it.

03.01.2022 We receive a lot of inquiries regarding "what qualification you need to work for Blacksheep"....... The one that we recommend as a start is Certificate 3 in Individual Support. It is offered through various RTO's, like TAFE, Sureway etc. We have included a link for a government subsided Cert 3 in Individual Support offered through TAFE NSW...
