25.01.2022 Youse been waiting for it - our Black Sesame and Yuzu Cake is back for a VERY limited time. This tantalising torte is made from black sesame butter cake and creamy coconut mousse and topped with a zingy jelly of yuzu (Japanese citrus with lemon and lime flavours) and dai dai peel (orange-like Japanese citrus). Get it before it's gone at Newtown, Rosebery and our Galeries (CBD) stores, or online in sizes up to 20 portions.

22.01.2022 Oh boy, it's new cake day! Our 'Chocolate Mirage' is now available in Newtown, Rosebery, Sydney CBD and St Kilda (Melbourne). Inspired by a desert sunrise, the gluten-free 'Chocolate Mirage' layers chocolate and roasted hazelnut dacquoise followed by a layer of salted caramel chocolate dotted with puffed cacao rice streusel. There are also two layers of flourless chocolate sponge and a slick of rooibos-infused chocolate cremeux made from single-origin Madagascan cocoa beans. The top layer, a light choc mousse, is dusted with dark chocolate and contoured to create the effect of windswept dunes. A dark chocolate wave mimics a distant mirage simmering under a gold brushed, passionfruit chocolate 'sun' rising from the dunes. #TooGoodToBeTrue

A Japanese take on the traditional European Black Forest Cake, it's made with layers of hojicha sponge and Choya confit ume fruits in umeshu infused cream.
