Not only are you getting the all-new 'Chocolate Mirage' this Friday, but we're also bringing our oh-so-delicious Orange Cake to our St Kilda store and delivery menu. PLUS, owing to popular demand, delivery days have been extended to Thursday through Sunday each week. If you live within 30kms of Melbourne's CBD, we can deliver delicious cake to your door - all you need to do is order by the day before. The Orange Cake is available in single-serve sizes in-store (St Kilda) or in 6, 8 and 12 portions online (for delivery).

23.01.2022 Oh boy, it's new cake day! Our 'Chocolate Mirage' is now available in Newtown, Rosebery, Sydney CBD and St Kilda (Melbourne). Inspired by a desert sunrise, the gluten-free 'Chocolate Mirage' layers chocolate and roasted hazelnut dacquoise followed by a layer of salted caramel chocolate dotted with puffed cacao rice streusel. There are also two layers of flourless chocolate sponge and a slick of rooibos-infused chocolate cremeux made from single-origin Madagascan cocoa beans. The top layer, a light choc mousse, is dusted with dark chocolate and contoured to create the effect of windswept dunes. A dark chocolate wave mimics a distant mirage simmering under a gold brushed, passionfruit chocolate 'sun' rising from the dunes. #TooGoodToBeTrue

Inspired by the tradition of roasting marshmallows over an open fire, its blissfully light base consists of a flaky croissant pastry filled with almond cream, vanilla custard cream and poached peaches. 10.01.2022 We wish you a cherry Christmas! Meet our limited-edition Cherry Christmas Tree Cake the perfect centrepiece for any dessert spread. Shaped like a snow-dusted Christmas tree, the cake is filled with layers of festive flavours, producing a refreshing and light dessert to finish off your Christmas feasting. Built on a puffed rice, candied orange, and milk chocolate crunch base, the cake is layered with lemon and yoghurt sponge, citrus marmalade, praline crunch, cherry compote ...(with cherry wine), tea jelly (lemon balm, jasmine, rose petal), and a cherry mousse. It’s then cased in a light, white chocolate and vanilla mousse, and adorned with edible decorations. Standing 35cm high, the cake serves 10-15 people. 08.01.2022 To our Melbourne fans - to support you while we all do our bit to stay home, we've been working double-time to get a delivery service off the ground. Every Saturday and Sunday, commencing this weekend, we'll be delivering our cakes to homes within a 30km radius of the CBD. Orders just need to be placed by midnight the day before delivery. Delivery is a flat-rate $15 or free on cake orders over $100. You can order as little as four portions or up to 45 portions of some cakes f...or really hungry households. 04.01.2022 Melbourne! To celebrate the reopening of the unmissable Rain Room, we've created a limited-edition Rain Cake, inspired by the work. Launching this Saturday and exclusive to our St Kilda store located under Rain Room’s Jackalope Pavilion the Rain Cake is the first in what will become a series of art projects in which we'll collaborate with renowned artists and institutions, creating edible adaptions of iconic works. Designed to reference a smell and taste redolent of rainf...all, it comprises a matcha sponge base, layers of lime buttercream, caramelised apricot compote, lemon myrtle and peppermint sponge, a vein of finger lime jelly, and a white chocolate mousse dusted with lemon myrtle powder. It’s decorated with ‘rain droplets’ delicately dancing atop the cake. The result, to be expected, is a moist, fragrant and remarkably refreshing cake reminiscent of a walk through the Botanic Gardens after a summer storm.
