Dear Black Swan Winery and Restaurant Patron, As we continue to move into uncertain economic conditions as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, we thought it appropriate to update you on what steps we are taking to stay open and continue to serve our loyal customers whilst maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Effective immediately, we have significantly increased spacing between tables and have dramatically decreased seating capacity both within t...he inside of the restaurant and for the outdoor seating section. All large tour bookings for wine tasting or drinks groups will be conducted outside under the pergola area. Wine tasting at the cellar door inside will be restricted to 6 persons at a time and who are all related to the same booking. Additional cleaning practices have also been implemented throughout the restaurant and kitchen and well continue to optimize for hygiene and patrons safety throughout the venue. We will also ensure the venues bi-fold doors and windows are open as much as possible to maintain fresh air flow. We ask that patrons are mindful of the steps that we are taking as the safety and welfare of our staff is equally important. We will continue to monitor advice on the situation and keep you informed on any further updates.
