19.01.2022 Sandbagging the Indoor Arena If you are available and able to help, can you please respond to this post? Our safety officer has done an inspection of our ground...s and sadly our club has started to flood again. However, the indoor arena is still dry and we may have a chance at saving it by sandbagging. We are able to work with the SES to get the sandbags.

09.01.2022 Dear Members, Important Announcement Zone 19 Jamboree - 2020.... With regret, the Zone 19 Executive Committee has given consideration to the weather forecast issued by the BOM for this weekend and health and safety guidelines: (refer to the links) https://www.pcansw.org.au//g/41/pca-hot-weather-2019-2.pdf and https://sma.org.au//hot-weather-guidelines-web-download-do. As at 8.30pm Tuesday 24 November 2020, the current forecast for Richmond for Saturday is 40c and is Sunday 41c. In the interests of rider and horse welfare, we have made the decision this evening to postpone the 2020 Jamboree until June long weekend of 2021. All entries will be refunded. Entries for the 2021 mid year Jamboree will open in May 2021. Zone 19 Executive.

07.01.2022 Hi everyone!!! This is the news you have been waiting for!!!! Please forward this on to your members ASAP! Entries are now open for this upcoming event. This event is open to all levels of riders from all clubs in Zone 19. This is a two-day end of year finale where our riders (and parents) can compete for their clubs, meet new friends, camp out with their ponies, learn new skills, and generally have a good time!... The event is on Nov 28th and 29th and is being held at the Londonderry Pony Club grounds. Camping and yards are available. There are lots of different events, including Ring events, Sporting, Team sporting, some new (made up ) games to try, a Time Trial / Rider in Action, Dressage, Fancy Dress, Showjumping events and also a Quiz as well!. The full schedule is attached to this email. To enter you go to Nominate (link below). Be sure to choose which group you are in, and then tick the boxes to indicate if you are wanting to do the Extra events of Dressage, Freestyle, Showjumping, and Fancy Dress options as well. You can do all of them for the same low cost. If you get to the end and the fee due is ZERO, then you have not done it correctly and need to select back. Of course, there will be COVID restrictions to be followed. The forms and details for that will be shared with all competitors beforehand. Final class lists, COVID info, Pony Club Mount/Rider workout will all be sent to competitors during the week prior to the event. So, what are you waiting for, call/text your friends, let them know entries are finally open, head to Nominate and get your entries in before the closing date of Nov 22nd!
