10.01.2022 This week we have seen overall reduction in fish prices. Now is an excellent time to buy fresh seafood at amazing prices. We have here fresh longline IJ New Zealand Snapper. These snappers are line caught where the fish is individually caught by line (compared to net caught) and IJ- meaning ikijime also known as brain spiked which I point out in this video. This process brain kills the fish where the body is alive for a longer period and the muscles are relaxed and not dama...ged and get cooked from flapping outside the water.
