20.01.2022 Out with the early 90s bathroom look and in with something more modern. This renovation has opened this bathroom right up for space, removing the bath and adding an extra toilet to the house. No more leaking shower and even added in a heated towel rail for comfort.

18.01.2022 In a couple of days we gave a bit of life back into this building. Removing the dirt away from the house enabled us to replace the rotted stumps, continued the deck through and changed out those old weather boards. All ready for a paint and seal.

17.01.2022 Large extention nearing completion. Added 3 new bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and additional toilet. Opened up the existing rear wall to become the main living/kitchen area.

12.01.2022 This little house received some big changes. With not much room to move something had to go So out with a few walls and an old fire place (witch had its surprises ) it feels so much larger. Also gave the opportunity for the floor to be re stumped and laid, in doing that we removed endless amount of dirt to give better ventelation and added insulation underneath. All that remains is the new kitchen. Jarrah flooring to go back down and a touch of paint. All involved have done well with this one

05.01.2022 Final coat of paint today and all locked up tight with its new door.

05.01.2022 Ending 2019 with this project. Sweltering through December’s heat wave we removed this existing roof, tiles and timber. Re sticked including new verandahs and alfresco under the main roof. Doubling the previous roof to a massive 450sm of roof area that will make all the difference to the catchment of clean drinking water when mains are not available.
