23.01.2022 Adding the silk, section by section. This is a time consuming process as each individual piece has to be worked into the wool.

22.01.2022 BlackWyng Designs is now OPEN for 2021! I have just added this cotton remnant to my ETSY store. This remnant could be turned into a lovely infinity scarf. Thats what I thought when I saw the clear prints on the natural coloured background. So many possibilities thou :-)

15.01.2022 Materials for my next felting project. Silk dyed in natural dyes. Some from tree bark obtained on a recent camping trip, avocado, and onion skins. Also going to use some of my saved tea bags! On a base of fine white merino wool.

11.01.2022 Summer in WA is usually too hot for me to felt. Just standing in my felting room I work up a sweat let alone actually doing something. So this project is long and slow going to and fro to work on it in short bursts, when its cool enough.
