24.01.2022 This was the first property we listed at blac property group. Over the last 11 years I’ve been in and out of this home for parties, general pick ups and just to hang out. It’s really exciting that we’ve now been able to help Carlos and Debbie move on to their new home ... Not only did I get to help them move on, but I got to do it under my own brand and I can’t explain how but it feels so different and is genuinely so much more meaningful. Please take a moment to read below for the story, what Matt Orpwood, Ian Light & Dean Nolan are doing in order to help: April 2019 Nathan was diagnosed with MND which is known as Motor neurone disease. Anyone who knows Nathan (Goldy) knows he is a character, funny, family man and an all round top guy. The last few years there has been discussions about starting the North Lakes Ashes again, so this year Matt Orpwood decided we need to get it going again, and this is how we decided to get it going. We are doing a fundraiser for the Goldstiver family. This is from Rachael, Nathans wife! My husband was diagnosed with MND in 2019. It was a devastating shock for our family. MND is a fast progressing disease where the motor neurons gradually die off causing muscle weakness and waste. The prognosis is generally 2-3 years. Nathan is a fighter though. And although so much has been taken from him it has not changed him. It has not changed the happy, positive and cheeky person he is. He is an inspiration to me and many others, we will keep fighting.
