We are very proud to announce that we are bringing all of our fundraising efforts, supporters, and communi...ty under one banner with an exciting and fresh new look. What we do as an organisation and community has evolved significantly in recent years, and while adventuring remains a key part of that, we are heading for even bigger and better things. You may have been on one of The Adventurers trips, attended the BrainChild Ball, had children dress up for Pirate Day Friday, supported one of these or any one of our various community fundraising activities. We have brought all of that into one place to make it easier for you to stay informed on our fundraising adventures and events, awareness campaigns and research progress. Our purpose has not changed - We remain fiercely committed to advancing discovery in childhood brain cancer research. We are a bold and passionate community committed to seeing happy healthy children free of brain cancer. We are looking forward to announcing many more initiatives and ways for you, our supporters to get involved with The Pirate Ship Foundation over coming weeks and months. We know that our community is expanding and (like friendly pirates) likes to be bold, brave and have fun all while supporting kids with brain cancer. Danielle has unfortunately been touched by brain cancer with her boyfriend Jake sadly passing away from the disease in October 2016.
