14.01.2022 Dear Blanca Friends and Family, Before we tell you about how we’re diligently washing our hands between each customer (we are), we want to take a minute to thank each and every one you for coming out and supporting our local business in these uncertain times. Times are tough for everyone in our community, and things are particularly bad for the hospo industry. We’re doing our best to keep our doors open, keep people working and do what we love most: serve our guests with love... and warmth. We’re adhering strictly to the new measures announced by the government yesterday, and will continue to heed the advice of relevant health authorities as the COVID-19 situation develops. We’ve ramped up our already vigorous hygiene practices, made sure to keep all staff as informed as possible about their responsibilities to themselves and the wider community and have adjusted our operations to ensure a 1.5 metre social distance between tables.
