22.01.2022 Details for the Young Henry dinner have been finalised, it will kick off at 7pm and we’ve priced it at a generous $95pp.....5+ courses with brews to suit. Seats are limited so, as always, get in early to avoid disappointment. Following numerous visits to Young Henrys' Newtown brewery Head Chef Nathan Brindle & Sous Chef Jared Reeves will be plating up a special 5 course + menu inspired as much by the taste of Young Henrys, as it is by Young Henrys' defiance against the norm.... Combining classic and contemporary cooking styles & techniques Nathan & Jared’s dishes never lose sight of the need for a distinctive, solid, and honest flavour profile - & there having fun with this one! This special collaboration will culminate in a Beer Degustation Dinner to be held at Restaurant Blancmange on Tuesday the 9th of October.
