20.01.2022 Just a quick update on the mailing procedure, as I have received quite a few emails asking if items have been posted. When we generate your shipping label, you will get an email from Australia Post saying your order is being prepared, which will show your tracking number. Then you will get another from Australia post saying your order is on its way - also shows tracking number.... You will then get a shipping confirmation email from us with when we scan your shipping label barcode into our system to 'fulfil' your order. This also shows your tracking number. Please keep an eye on your emails (especially your junk folder) if you place an order. We usually get orders out within 2 days (at the most) and you will always get an email from us (if for some reason you're not getting them from Australia Post) which will show your tracking information

10.01.2022 Ice cream tumblers have now been uploaded on the website. **There are some imperfections with some of the lids of the tumblers ie: scuffs, minor marks etc due the the colour/material they are made of. The price has been discounted to compensate for this and we have uploaded so photos of the imperfections so you are aware of them. It does not affect the functionality of the tumblers at all, and many of them are barely noticeble, however they are there - they are sold AS IS. ... Items will be packed at random so if you are not completely satisfied that you may receive items with some imperfections, please do not purchase as we will not refund or replace any items. 05.01.2022 We are very excited to announce, with the support of the beautiful girls at Rainbow Vinyl Co & Andavi Prints that alongside our our VINYL BY DESIGN monthly packs, the vinyl will now be available to purchase as individual sheets. Yes, that's right, our printed, and some of the complimenting vinyls will be available to purchase individually as well as in the packs. We will still only have limited quantities of the printed vinyl available initially, but it gives us the flexibili...ty to offer re-runs of some of the designs if they are popular, and means you can purchase extra sheets of your favourites!!! How exciting is that!!! As with the packs, the vinyl sheets will be sent flat (it is our preference not to roll the sheets) therefore they cannot be combined with any other orders due to packaging requirements. The printed vinyl & permanent adhesive colours will be available in 12' x 12' size sheets, and the HTV colours will be 25 x 30cm sheets

01.01.2022 Well all orders placed before 1pm today and elf stockings with postage invoices paid, have been posted. It is a long weekend here in WA so I will be taking some much needed R & R time and will be back in full swing Tuesday.
