22.01.2022 Hey Party People Well it’s that time of year, when everyone is so busy with various functions which means we are also busy preparing our awesome balloon decor for these functions. Between now and Christmas, we are very heavily booked so have made the decision to close our retail store on the days we have multiple setups. See the dates below when our store will be closed. Note that we will be adding to this list as more functions are finalised.... Sorry for any inconvenience. Please share this post around to help spread the word.

21.01.2022 UPDATE Our little balloon business has gone crazy over the last few months. More and more customers are ordering online or through social media streams and we are doing more deliveries than ever before. Many mainland customers are phoning to have something delivered to their loved ones here as they can’t visit with COVID restrictions and most want to have a chat - especially the elderly. Like many other businesses we are having problems sourcing stock requiring us to to p...ut callouts to other balloon professionals on the mainland to see if they have what we are looking for in their stock. Deliveries are taking longer to arrive and paying extra for overnight delivery does not guarantee this service meaning more time for us to try and track down our parcels. Over the past 5 years we have built our business around personalised service and tailoring our products to each individual. We give 110% to everything that we do and try to accommodate all our customers requests even if that means working after hours to fit something in at late notice or working on our days off. We are taking longer to respond to enquires at present due to the volume but rest assured we will get back to you and are just prioritising by date order. Every enquiry that comes in is flagged with a star to follow up and my inbox now resembles the Milky Way. The next 6 weeks are very heavily booked so we ask customers to book early if they have a special celebration coming up. During this time we will be having altered business hours and we will publish these changes on our social media streams. So the key here is to be organised and book early to ensure you have the best balloons in town.
