24.01.2022 It has been extremely busy in the Valley and the phone and emails have been running hot. Please be advised that we are fully booked tonight and tomorrow lunch and dinner. We have a couple of places available on Sunday lunch. We thank you for your amazing patronage and sorry if you happened to miss out this weekend. We will be providing 90min seatings, we hope you understand this turn around to enable all guests to enjoy themselves being out finally. ... 11.01.2022 I just have to give a massive shout out to our Maintenance Manager Mark. Check out our tables for Blaxland Inn! Yes, my staff have assisted with the huge job of sanding these tables, also a great job, but Mark has been pulled from pillar to post to get all jobs done for 3 properties and is working on the weekend to French Polish our tables ready for our reopen on Thursday 4th June. If you are wishing to have beverages with your take away lunch, please order at the same time, however, our staff wi...ll need to serve you the beverages, if you are staying on site. All guests MUST stay seated at all times. Beverages can be take away also. Please respect our Covid ruling. 06.01.2022 Hello everyone, during the shutdown period we have been doing renovations to our kitchen. Unfortunately these are taking a bit longer than we hoped. The good news is that we will still be open for the long weekend we will be doing a Blaxland Garden Party dining experience instead. We will be out in our fire pit area cooking on barbecues and our new smoker, doing a more relaxed, reduced menu over the long weekend. Things like Port Stephens Oyster, Smoked brisket burgers, Wagyu steaks, as well as vegetarian, vegan and child friendly options. We have a fair few bookings already and we are very excited to get back to cooking our delicious food and serving you all. Bookings are essential so please call or email us. 03.01.2022 Blaxland Inn would like to inform that we have had many "No Shows" during this time where the Hunter Valley is inundated by guests wanting tables. We have made the decision to put in place a Pre Authorisation system, where if you wish for a table of 6 guests and above, you must book ONLINE and you will be required to enter your credit card details to confirm your reservation. If your table does not turn up for their reservation WITHOUT AT LEAST 2 HOURS NOTICE, $20 for each... person on the table will be deducted from your credit card. All we ask is for a courtesy phone call to inform that you are not attending and we can then give this table to someone else. Also, for tables of 10 guests, (max on one table re- Covid restrictions) there will be a $100 deposit for Lunch or $200 deposit for Dinner required to lock in this reservation. This deposit will be deducted from you bill on the day, provided you have adhered to the Terms and Conditions of confirming numbers. All details can be provided if you have any further questions on [email protected] We hope you truly understand the difficult situation the Hunter Valley is facing with so many guests wanting tables at the moment.
