In Stage 3 restrictions, there are only fou...r reasons to leave the home: shopping for food and essentials, care and caregiving, exercise, and work and studyonly if it cannot be accomplished at home. Masks remain mandatory whenever leaving the home except in circumstances in which it is not feasible. The rule of logic prevailsmasks should be worn whenever possible. Building and construction sites are required to maintain a physical distance of 1.5 metres among workers. In regions under Stage 3 restrictions, retail establishmentsincluding display homes not intended for sale or eventual occupancy-- are permitted to continue trading as long as they follow the people-per-square-metre rule. Display homes and real estate inspections are permitted by appointment only. Auctions are online only. 21.01.2022 C u r t a i n s & B l i n d s When designing your house, it’s important to think about future window coverings. What do you think you want - Blinds, curtains, sheers......? ... Do you want them motorised? Do you want them for privacy or to block out light? We can work together with local businesses to ensure we incorporate any design elements that may be required early on In this case, the blinds were mainly required just for privacy. The paint colour and blind colour were determined very early on in the design phase to ensure it all blended in. No blinds are required for the top windows because the direction of the house ensures no direct sunlight comes through those top windows. Next step is some sheers to soften and finish the look in this large living room Thanks Woodwards Curtains, Blinds & Bedding it was a pleasure to work on this space with you!

21.01.2022 P l a n n i n g & D e s i g n Why it is so important First we must understand your block of land to ensure we are designing the right home for the land. Think views, natural light, fall on block....... A lot of elements are taken into consideration when designing your home. Which is why we design each home individually. We don’t only use standard floor plans that may not suit you and your block of land! Check out this Custom Home we recently completed in Paynesville Some things that were taken into consideration with design are included below. With a vacant block next door, during the design stage of this home consideration was taken for a future neighbour. We needed to achieve a balance of privacy, while still taking in that natural light. Plus of course utilising those lake views. By using highlight windows on the Western side, we were able to block off the view of a future neighbour building next door, and still let in plenty of light. With a sloping block, we created a split level, double storey home. With entry on one level with your Master Bedroom and Ensuite, you then step up to the kitchen and living to take in those beautiful lake views. Or, you can step down to an entirely separate wing of bedrooms, lounge and kitchens. With each level having their own decks to enjoy the views and entries - the options are endless in this home. Walking through this home with all that natural light and timber features was just beautiful It was a pleasure to bring this home to life and we are sure you will create many happy memories in it. Last December, Victorias Building Regulations changed to ensure child safety in and around pools and spas by requiring owners to comply with new registration, inspection, maintenance and compliance requirements.... This extension will give homeowners more time to meet their registration obligations in these challenging times.
