21.01.2022 Happiness is ... our camp cook Ronnie’s family arriving - daughter Megan, husband Paul and bubby Tilda coming up from Melbourne on the weekend. Thanks to Megan and Paul for the 200 hand-made sausage rolls which our hard-working volunteers enjoyed very much. Where would we be without the fabulous help here in the kitchen everyday... fabulous local help and people from afar coming together to feed everyone everyday. ... #catering #blazeaid #bushfire #recovery #buchan #eastgippsland

20.01.2022 BIG THANYOU! A very big thankyou to the Buchan community for helping our volunteers on a daily basis. On Sunday night all BlazeAid Volunteers were treated to a scrumptious meal cooked and served by 5 local people. We look forward to having this treat again on tomorrow evening. Many thanks to the local ladies who have helped with breakfast these last days too.... "Many hands make light work" We have gratefully received cakes, biscuits, vegetables, fruits and thankyous from many. Thankyou everyone.
