24.01.2022 The latest bathroom done for an elderly couple that need better and easier shower access so we have deleted the bath and old step in shower to create an open shower with just a simple glass splash screen. Access is far better now and has the provision for wheel chair access if need be.

20.01.2022 Finished product of a new hair salon at north point shopping centre in Toowoomba that BLC completed the main construction works on. A fantastic result from everyone involved.

17.01.2022 New projects on the go at BLC. Just won the tender to revamp the toilet facilities at the Gatton Shire Hall. Great chance to be able to do some work that will impact the local community.

17.01.2022 Before and after photos of new stairs replacing the old rotten dangerous set. The stairs were constructed with steel stringers to keep the cost down and by deleting the midway landing the stairs were able to stay under the roof line protecting it from the elements. the new timber balustrading fits in with the style of the house while keeping the functionality.

16.01.2022 From run down old pet shop to sleek modern real estate. This shop has spent the majority of its life as a hardware store then pet shop with little to no maintenance. The end result has brought a new bright lease of life to a very deserving building. Polished timber floors and glass walled offices really set off this building creating a very modern and professional place to run a successful business.

15.01.2022 A finished revamp for an old building in the main st of Gatton. Possibly one of the oldest buildings in the main st at 36 railway spending its last few lives as Gatton real estate and then Cube computers has been fully renovated to become the new residency of a accountant in gatton. A very run down building but considering the end result it was well worth the effort.

14.01.2022 New hardwood retainer wall. Client used the area created to make space for there water tanks. Also can be used to extend back yards, make room for a shed or possibly work as a fence.

11.01.2022 Bathroom Reno finished except for installation of shower screen. The owner choosing to tile to the ceiling in this bathroom making for a brighter and cleaner space. Simple feature strip at eye line just to break up the White wall. All tiling done by myself and not contracted out.

10.01.2022 A new face lift for a back patio sliding door on a house. Installation of timber bifold doors and a new set of full length timber stairs. The new doors look fantastic and open the area up for better entertaining and air flow.
