24.01.2022 Langford project complete We removed the old patio and installed a new colorbond gable patio, new gutters around the whole house, cafe blinds, wall to close off the end of the patio with weatherboard cladding and timber lining on the inside with a door for access to the garage. We have also painted the cladding, door, frame and timber lining with some natural oil. 13.01.2022 Bit of structural roof maintenance. This Garage roof was having a few issues with sagging so we installed a couple new lvl beams across the front and side of the garage as the old one had a large sag which was becoming a safety issue, New colorbond fascias, New internal lvl beams to strut the gable and ridges, new purlin for extra support and we Re did the gables with new barge boards and tile scribe! Get it done now before winter to save yourself a leaky roof and water issu...es at a later stage! 11.01.2022 Monster roof we completed today for target homes, 30 degree pitch, loft, box gutters, 4 recess ceilings, bulkheads in the kitchen, stud walls, blueboard eaves this thing had it all!! Once the roof plumbers get there flashing in we will return to install more blueboard to the external off the loft!! 04.01.2022 Recently completed this large extension with the help of the @streatergroup lads. With a few brick walls left standing from the original property we installed lvl beams for the second story addition with mezzanine floor sheeting, stud walls and a 35 degree pitch for the second storey roof which has a raking ceiling to the main room and multiple skylights throughout the entire house. A large ground floor roof frame with plenty of different pitches and another raking ceiling. Exposed eaves bring this property back to its original look. Lovely job here by everyone involved!
