(1) When you take your Spiritual responsibility, you provoke God to give you more tasks and more blessings of favour. (2) Taking Responsibility is going where you are sent and not you want to go. (3) When a leader has a resolve, resources follow for the task given. #Fresh bread not distributed on time will go bad. Delayed obedience to the task is disobedience.

Text: Numbers 11:16-17 MSG [16-17] GOD said to Moses, "Gather together seventy men from among the leaders of Israel, men whom you know to be respected and responsible. Take them to the Tent of Meeting. I'll meet you there. I'll come down and speak with you. I'll take some of the Spirit that are on you and place it on them; they'll then be able to take some of the load of this people-you won't have to carry the whole thing alone. #Matthew 25:19-30 #INTRODUCTION In the Kingdom, greatness is measured by your heart of service and taking responsibility for the service. Everything in life starts with taking responsibility. In the Bible, God gave Adam responsibility for the garden. Moses was committed to delivering the children of Israel, Nehemiah to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, and Esther to liberate the Jewish tribe. Your destiny is attached to your responsibility, and the earlier you take responsibility, the more you accelerate Responsibly is natural and supernatural. Until you are responsible, God will not trust you with anything Taking responsibility builds trust (1) POWER OF BEING RESPONSIBLE Responsibility is a state - of being committed and accountable to someone or something. Responsibility is a weight, burden or load. # The first responsibility is to govern yourself # You have to be responsible for your actions and your words. # Discipline comes from being responsible. # A persons maturity is measured by their ability to commit to responsibility; lack of commitment produces irresponsible believers. #You can't Give responsibility to someone who cannot handle it. (2) MEANING OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY 1. Accepting responsibility is a sign of maturity. 2. Responsibility is not taught but done and shown through commitment. 3. Responsibly means making sacrifices for your commitment. 4. Taking ownership of the ministry or church. (3) CONSEQUENCES OF IRRESPONSIBILITY. (1) They want it all but for free, which is a sign of irresponsibility. (2) Irresponsibility makes one start things but never to finish.' - Always leaving things halfway, incomplete. (3) Blaming others, giving excuses is a sign of being irresponsible. - Blame the weather, blame the food, blame the parents. (4) Irresponsibility produces a faithless generation.
