25.01.2022 Hello Everyone, I would first like to apologise for the huge amount of inactivity in the past nearly two months. Our move to Morayfield was successful but not without its challenges including a massive wait on an internet connection (We still have no NBN set up) I would like to be very open keeping true to the ideals of Blended By Becca when I started this Page/Buissness. ... I am personally struggling with my mental health worse then I have in many years. This has been going on longer then the past two months and was impacted quite heavily by the 2020 Covid Pandemic which impacted so many lives. It hurts me so much to admit this publicly and personal but in this time I really lost my passion. I have been scared of wether I am on the right path. If I truly had the talent to pursue my chosen career, or if I was just simply making a massive fool of myself. Thanks to the amazing support from my Husband, Family and Friends I have put together a plan to bring myself back to life. To remind myself why I wanted to be a makeup artist in the first place to Create, Inspire and advocate for postive beauty image and inclusivness. I have written down a bunch of ideas based on looks, colours, characters , animals and put them in a box. I will attempt to try for atleast every second day to pull out a folded paper from the box and create a look based on what is on the piece of paper. My hopes for this exsperiment is to keep myself practiced, inspired and most of all having fun. I will post the before and after and a small description of the look after completed. 09.01.2022 Hello Lovelies , I am here to officially announce that this week will be the last week that Blended By Becca will be Based in the Fraser Coast. Myself and my Husband have made the decision to relocate for more opportunity.... I want to thank everyone who offered their time for my portfolio as well as paying customers. You have all helped this dream of mine slowly keep moving forward to be what I believe it can become. I have avalibility Wednesday - Friday this week and then I will be closing up shop. After the move though there will be some exciting changes to the page so I look forward to showing you all. The new business will be based in Morayfield and servicing surrounding suburbs , Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.

07.01.2022 Hello everyone, Once I finish researching on the official Covid restrictions I will be slowly opening for buissness again. In the light of Covid it has given me time to reflect and really start putting plans in place to move forward with growing "Blended By Becca" into the buissness I know it is capable to be. ... During this time the best steps I can take to increasing my range and audience is having a more extensive portfolio. So I'm asking anyone who views this page if you are interested in having makeup done at zero expense please don't be shy to come forward I would love to work with you and create some art.

05.01.2022 As promised I selected an option from the box of ideas and a drew out Purple. I kept it simple for this focused on purple eyeshadow and lips. I used a combination of four shades or purple and a silver glitter with purple pigment for liner.

04.01.2022 Had a lovley day with my latest volunteer Lee. We did a soft natural day look, soft powder foundation paired with orange and dark brown blended eyes. Inspired by sunset colours I mixed some soft yellows and orange and blended with dark purple. ... 01.01.2022 Recently worked with the amazing Kiara to dive deep into some serrious cosplay makeup. In this case we dove into the world of the little mermaid to turn Kiara's facial features into that of the crazy sea witch herself Ursula! We exsperimented with the use of face/body paint and cosmetics to achieve this look. ... I wanted to try really reflecting a heavy cartoon resemblance especially with the brows. Would love to recreate this look again in a full outfitted cosplay. Thankyou to Kiara so much again for volunteering .
