24.01.2022 Todays bounty... Parsley from another Herbalists garden Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) is packed full of vitamins A, B & C in the leaves and flower heads. The roots are extremely high in Vitamin C, about 3 x that of oranges. Parsley is really rich in iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium and is a potent digestive aid. 02.01.2022 Hello Lovelies, I'm back from holidays and will be reopening my clinic/shop in Dunoon next week. My first day back (Wed 14th Oct) is already fully booked! The shop will reopen for business on Wednesday 14th and be open in general Tues-Sat, unless the sign on the door says otherwise ;)... What's new? I have advertised for a Remedial Massage Therapist to come join the team at Blessed Botanicals, thus allowing me to reduce my massage hours so I can deepen my Herbal Medicine practice. I will, however, still be offering massage on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so don't hesitate booking in. Laura Shaz, Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Massage therapist, will continue to offer her beautiful massages at Blessed Botanicals on Fridays. She can be contacted directly on 0415 533 311 for appointments. I am running another Herbal Medicine Making workshop at SilverCloud Studios in Foley St, South Lismore. When: Sunday 18th October 9.30am-2.30pm. Cost is $120 which includes lunch and 3 take home products. I will be teaching how to make medicinal balms and creams, bath bombs and herb-infused oils. Wild Weed Walks - take a tour of your local environment with Herbalist Fiona Gray (that's me ) where we will identify and discuss medicinal plants; how to harvest and prepare them, and the purposes in which they can be used for. Shamanic Healing & Journeying - holistic healing sessions using a variety of sound healing, smudging, massage & dry needling to release and unlock physical and emotional blockages.
