25.01.2022 Hello beautiful ones! It has been a loong time since I have posted anything, but feeling like I need to give you guys a bit of an update as I have had so many enquiries from so many people wondering if I am still operating. The answer is yes, I am, however, due to being back in home schooling mode, I am going to have to adjust my appointment times to be from 3pm on weekdays (for however long this Stage 3 lockdown is in place for) and am only working every second weekend. I am... still playing catch up from the last lockdown and I have made the sad decision to not take on any more new dread installations for the time being as for one, I need to focus my time on you, my current clients, my other job and being a single parent, homeschooling now... something just has to give. I will however, keep a record of those all wanting new dreads and will be in contact as soon as I can in regards to those. I deeply apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this may cause and encourage you to seek elsewhere should need be. I ask my clients to please bear with me as we move through these times together and know that I will be in contact with you if your next appointment time happens to be in the hours I can not currently operate in during this lockdown. 20.01.2022 ~Good News~ Hello beautiful people! It has been a while since I have posted, but you can trust me when I say, things are moving at full throttle here at Blessed with Dreads. I just wanted to let you all know that I can finally see some space in my life to install some new dreads! It won't be until January but I have decided to dedicate the large majority of January to installing new dreads for those of you who have been waiting so patiently! I will contact you (those who I ha...ve on my wait list) in the next few days/weeks to book you in for January 2021, but if you would like to get some new dreads or know of anyone wanting them, please tag them in this post or send me an inbox yourself to book a place. Just a side note...I am no longer doing extensions at the moment. They may make a comeback one day in the future but for now, they are off the menu. 20.01.2022 Always such a pleasure meeting new clients! These beauties were created in Ballarat. If anyone reading this is from the Ballarat area and needs to get in quicker than I can manage, please shoot Wizard Weaves Dreadlocks a message. Currently, I believe him to be the only loc tech operating in the area and is producing some top work. Forgive me if I am wrong on that and there are others in Ballarat! Always happy to take on new clients too though but just be aware there is a wait of roughly 2 months at the moment. Blessings!

19.01.2022 These babies are also nearly 4 years old and were created here. Today I sorted and tidied up the bases. I love the kinks that have formed in these dreads. Sometimes, they are something I really want to work out of a dread but with these ones, I think they give them so much character. Blessings!

10.01.2022 So many new clients lately! It was an absolute blessing meeting this wonderful woman yesterday. I added about 9 human hair extensions to shorter dreads and tidied up the bases. Blessings!

09.01.2022 The last almost full head of extensions I will be doing for the forseeable future! I just want to be clear on this, that I do have plenty of extensions that I am happy to use and install for those wanting a few at a time, but as far as full heads go and creating new ones, I am done for now with them though I will be creating some more woolen ones in the future! Stephanie has decided that for now she likes having a bit of hair on top to play with but may get the rest installed down the track. These are human hair extensions. Blessings!

08.01.2022 Super impressed with this new client's skills. Her partner contacted me weeks ago to put in some already made extensions to her self made dreads. As there was quite the wait, she took matters into her own hands and how good is her work?! I must say, I love this...while youtube doesn't always offer the best advice...eg root flipping aka interlocking, there are some great tips out there to DIY. If you are ever in doubt of what you are experimenting with, just shoot me a message and I can let you know the best way to go about it. Today I tidied up her bases and a few of the extension joins that needed strengthening. Blessings!
