We caught up with our favourite local butcher recently and if you didn’t already know, butchers love to chat to their customers. A visit to the butcher is not just buying meat, it’s a lot more, we talk to our customers, ask how the family is, what they’ve done on the weekend, how their football team went on the weekend how the kids went in sport. We love the small community feel, where you know customers by their name and all the family’s name, supporting the small sports community, waving when people walk by. With the cooler months well and truly upon us, the Andrew and his team have stocked the shop with delicious winter warmers that all of the family will love. Think beef cheeks, casserole meat, and some extremely delicious pies. In store, you’ll find extra touches like cooking instructions, dinner tips, and some speciality smoking products.
